The creation and production of sports events as well as the inauguration and closure ceremonies of the CENTRAL AMERICAN GAMES SAN JOSÉ DE COSTA RICA 2013, or the European Athletics Indoor Championship hosted in Madrid in 2005 allowed Ciudadano Kien to demonstrate that the cultural celebratory and festivity frame has a universal dimension and that artistic languages have a place in every field.
