The creation and production of sporting events such as the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2013 SAN JOSÉ DE COSTA RICA CENTRAL AMERICAN GAMES or those held on the occasion of the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Madrid INDOOR in 2005 have allowed Ciudadano Kien to demonstrate that the framework of festivity and cultural celebration has a universal dimension and that artistic languages have a place in all spheres.
